Assuming this is a .mod then you only need to install CrossDos and put the file on the pc formatted disk. If you need to convert it to a pc friendly format you need amiSOX to convert it to say a mod to a .wav.
The crossDOS floppy driver is located in your Storage/DosDrivers drawer in your workbench drive. You have to drag it into your Devs/dosdrivers drawer for it to work. AmiSox is available by anonymous ftp on any aminet mirror.
